Unknown Error ..help me Note10

My videos won't play. Says unknown error. Not just my camera but videos from links sent to me via text. HELP ME PLZ

Is this happening on two Samsung phones @WhyyMee 

In separate posts you've said its happening on a Samsung s10 and a Samsung Note 10 ?

As a very last resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset which may help.

Not 2 devices. I cked my phone and it says its a Galaxy Note 10.

I made a mistake saying s10. Thanks for leting me know to remove the SD card b4removing. Im do you know if all my saved passwords will be saved on the card? I really dont want to write them all down

Creating a back up to your Samsung Cloud will save the passwords saved in your Samsung Pass.

But I would suggest to create back uos to other options such as Google / Dropbox etc just incase @WhyyMee 

Yes please remove your Sd Card from the phone before factory resetting.

A Factory Reset is a very last resort.
