Spotify issues with Galaxy buds live

Hi , recently when I set the touchpads to left ambient sound right launch Spotify or vice versa Spotify doesn't launch , also if musics playing via Spotify and screen locks it's pauses and certain notifications outlook for instance or WhatsApp again cause it to pause , so not happy !!!🤬🤬🤬
