slow charging note10+ 5g

Hello

I'm using out of box charger and old s8+ charger.  My charging time seems to greatly increased, phone says its fast charging but its taking 57mins to charge 49%. If I disable fast charging the time didnt change until I used samsungs support check battery and charger diagnostic (said both working ok). 49% on slow charge is now taking 1hr 17mins.

100% is going to take almost 2hrs on the 25w boxed charger.. is that right? 

I played around with enabling fast charging etc.

Uninstalled apps 

Used different cables and have ordered a new charger. 

Cleared cache partition 

Done a default reset ( not factory)

Cleaned cable and port

Done safe mode test

Nothing has increased charging time

Any advice be great

You appear to have gone through pretty much what you can apart from the factory reset which I realise is a last resort.

My advice would be to seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre when they re open.
