If you can't update your note 10plus. I just did it's work perfect.i downloaded smart switche on my computer to connect to my note 10plus, downloaded the firmware to computer the upgrade, there is no problem at all .good luck

I tried to use smart switch and when I clicked on the update option smart switch locked up.
