Samsung note 10+ image folder keep dissappearing

Hello!

Can somone help me with this issue:

this week, there are folders in my gallery disappearing one by one.

First it was the folder with movies, today it's the folder with all my screenshots.

Also my image folder with all the wechat photo's, whole folder gone.

setting "hidden folder" is set to show.

I do not backup my images to one drive or any cloude services.

Could my phone be hacked, and how can I check this?

@Yuki_walking: Please can you confirm the current Android version that your device is running? This can be found in Settings > About phone > Software information > Android version.

In the meantime, please try swiping up from your Home screen and tapping on the Samsung folder > My Files > Internal storage > DCIM, and check to see if the missing folders are still visible in this location e.g. Screenshots.

I have same prbl! When I put my WhatsApp picture in secure file, after two days, that picture gets deleted automatically, I don't know anything about it and I don't understand it. I have lost my many important pictures which are very necessary for me. The images are automatically deleted without any advance notification or warning
