Samsung Note 10+ 5G cannot get 5G

I have bought my Note10+ 5G phone from Carphone Warehouse in the UK and had 5G service just fine. Now i have moved to Cyprus and although my network provider does offer 5G, i cannot seem to get any.

I have tried with another provider but still the same.

Different regions may have different 5G network bands to the UK.
Unfortunately there's no set standards for 5G network bands.
In fact, different network providers have their own network bands, so you will need to check with your network provider to see if your phone is compatible.
Possibly see if they can push network settings to your phone that you can save

Have you checked that your phone supports your carriers 5G frequency bands?
