Samsung not 10 plus and Samsung 3 watch

Any reason why the Samsung health monitor apps aren't available to me in the gear and play store? Managed to download it online and when trying to use it says the watch isn't compatible, both phone and watch are new. Tried to reboot watch and still nothing, Samsung need to sort this out quick, any advice to get this to work would be great.thanks

It may be that The Watch 3 has Tizen software and the Watch 4 is Wear OS. If this is the case then the Health Monitor is Wear OS and not for the Tizen Watch Series. That will be why you cannot see the App on the Google Play Store.
