I broke the original S pen for my phone so I bought a new one but its always coming up S pen disconnected, I've tried everything but nothing is seem to be working, wondering if anyone is able to help me out, thanks

Try Below

Reboot your phone or tablet.

Restarting your device can help fix minor issues and may help the S Pen connect again.

On devices with a regular Power key, press and hold the Power key until the Power menu is displayed. Tap the Power icon at the top of the screen, and then tap Restart. Tap Restart again.

May I ask where did you purchase the replacement sPen from ?

It could be that the sPen is either faulty or not an official sPen.

It's meant to be an official sPen, my partner has the Samsung note20 so I tried his sPen and I still had the same problem🤦🏻‍♀️

I have tried that yes, I've done the sPen test, it works fine on that the sPen connects but then whenever I turn my phone off then back on, its just doing the same.... sPen disconnected🤷🏼‍♀️

Try Clear your System File Cache via the instructions in the Samsung Link. You may need to hook upto a computer or insert your headphones to get to the recovery menu. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ 

As a very last resort back up and factory reset. 

A Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic on the phone too.
