Galaxy Note10 Series@j48ble: Are you making sure to stay within Bluetooth range of your Note 10 when using the S Pen. If so, can you try placing it in its holster to ensure that it has sufficient charge, and to see if it reconnects? If the problem persists, head to Settings > Advanced Features > S Pen > Air Actions > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Reset S Pen.
