I've also noticed my note10+ is missing this function. On Samsung health you should be able to go into heart rate too check that and also stress should allow you to monitor you heat rate and oxygen levels which then calculate the stress level. My wife has the Galaxy10+ and the option is available. Both phones have firmware/software upto date as of 14th April 2020. With Covid-19 killing thousands at the moment it would be nice to see a fix for this ASAP.
