phone issues after up date

Hi I recently updated my Samsung s10 note and now I carnt seam to drag down my settings bar, turn my phone off nor can I use my pin number to unlock the phone because no key pad apears I managed to get in using biometrics however this is hit and miss and I don't like young them someone help

Try clearing your system cache.

When you say can't turn phone off - if you hold down on the power button will it come up with the power menu ? If so could try to Restart it
