Over the Horizon Song Playing note 10 +5g

I was speaking with someone over phone via Bluetooth earphone suddenly triggers the "over the horizon" (Samsung tune) to play in the background. Multiple restarts later it stops, but the question is what is causing it?

@humdan: That's strange. Have you encountered the issue since it first occurred? If so, does it only happen while on a call, and using a Bluetooth headset, or is it random? If you head to Settings > Notifications > Recently Sent, are any apps or features listed here that correspond with the last time you heard the song?

No I never had this issue. Not only blutooth its playing after I closed all apps. And I never used this ringtone on my phone. Not only me my bro has same mobile he had different tone from Samsung ringtone one day before myn starts playing. That's strange!!!
