Note 10+ wake on lift not working with double tap wake enabled

I have the Note 10+ aura glow and when I have double tap wake enabled, my lift to wake does not work. I lift the phone to eye level and it does not wake it. I also recently got my phone back due to a defective motherboard, mid antena, and charging boards. These were replaced by samsung!

Any suggestions?

My Note 10+ does wake on lift.

Strange about having the motherboard replaced, it happened to mine as well around 2 months ago.

I don't have the 5G model, however I do have the 256GB Note 10+. 

I don't get why it doesn't, as my Note 8 does.

Mine is set up the same way. However it still doesnt work.

On one of my phones my company "Sunrise Switzerland" ship me a nano SIM to update E-SIM and now the whole lot is once more OK like this, but because I use a second nano SIM, now my 2 slots are complete and I don't have any more vicinity for my MicroSD card on this phone.
