Hi i wonder if anyone else is having the same isssue as i am?  my note 10 is less than 2 months old, in a case, but has developed "holes" in the screen.  There has been no impact to cause these, and the seem to appear sporadically.

The lower ones appeared first and i noticed a third tonight.  i dont know where they are coming from.  it hasnt effected the operation at this point in timescreen1.jpgscreen2.jpg

Hi @Smallrouge1

The Note 10 comes with a pre installed plastic screen protector on it.

Please check yours by using your fingernail.

You should be able to remove it and then if you deem necessary buy another plastic or Tempered Glass Screen Protector as a replacement.

Hi Smallrouge1. Sad to hear about your phone. As @BandOfBrothers stated, the Note10 does come with a screen protector on the screen. Try checking your screen by moving your finger over the screen to see if this is an issue with the screen protector.

If you're looking for a second opinion on whether it's the screen protector or screen, it may be ideal to visit one of our approved Support Centres or Experience stores for one on one support. You can find the closest ones here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/

Don't @Smallrouge1

A stupid question is a question never asked.
