Hi,
I've a weird problem connecting devices to my Note 10+ phone using the 45W Samsung travel adapter's usb-c cable.
I'm unable to connect any device to my phone using that cable. I'm propted with a message:
"Connected USB device isn't supported"
The same device works perfectly with the same phone when it's connected using the 25W travel adapter's usb-c cable.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi @RedDevil70 , you need a special USB cable if you want to use your charger, it will not work with your travel adaptor if this one only supported 25 watts. Be careful and be sure using the recommand cable if you don't want to blow your wonderful Note 10
If you tell me wich charger you bought i can search for you the right cable. Normally on Amazon or on Samsung they advertise people about this...

Hi Cassidy,
thank you for your kind answer.
I'm using the correct cable with each power adapter.
The problem I'm having is with the cable of the 45w power adapter when connecting other devices to my phone.
The phone do not recognise the connected devices. But connecting the same devices to the same phone with the cable of the 25w power adapter they work perfectly.
