Note 10 Plus Super Fast Charging

The super fast charging feature on my Note 10 Plus suddenly stopped working 2 days ago. Normally when I plug it in it says "super fast charging" and it will charge from 0% to 100% in an hour. But now when I plug it in it says "cable charging" and it's taking 2.5 - 3.5 hours to fully charge. I checked the setting and the "fast charging" option is turned on. I am using the Samsung adapter and cord that came with the phone and it is not damaged in any way. I even tried using my husband's Samsung adapter/cord (he has a Note 10 Plus as well) but it still said "cable charging". The phone charging port is clean. I have already tried to solve the problem by clearing the cache partition and I reset the settings...neither one worked. I then turned it off and restarted it in safe mode, but that didn't work either. I've read countless articles online and none of the DIY solutions worked. Can anyone give me any insight into what the problem is? 

I ran a diagnostic test on it through the Samsung members app and I've attached pics of the results. It appears as if super fast charging is no longer a feature of my phone even though I've always had it up until 2 days ago and it's still an option in my phone settings. Idk but I feel like there is a software issue Samsung is not telling us about...

Even I am facing the same issues.all started happening after the One Ui 4 update. Only shows cable charging,  tried with other chargers

Need to put on charging for 3 hours.

Done all the diagnostic test. Reported in samsung members, emailed. Still no update for the bug!

Had the same issue and was facing it after one ui 4.0 update. Got the 4.1 one ui update last week and thought this issue will be sorted out in this new update.but still no change. Still taking ***** 3-4 hours to get full charged even while poweroff charging.

I am also facing the slow cable charging issue in Samsung Note 10 plus.

I started facing this issue after I bought Samsung Wireless duo charger and used that for the first time.

Before using that wireless charger it used to show, Super fast charging, while charging through Original Samsung provided adapter and cable.

Now the scenario is when I keep my phone on wireless charger, its showing fast wireless charging,

And when I am charging my phone through Samsung provided adapter its showing, cable charging.

So for me definitely this issue is after using the Samsung wireless charger.

I tried reset all the settings, clearing cache, starting in safe mode, but nothing worked.

The Super Charging feature no longer works after the latest update. This means that if you have a Samsung Super Fast Charger it will now only charge as a cable charger. This is regardless of new or old cable, Samsung branded or not. Fast Charging still works, however, but you must use a Samsung Fast Charger. The Super Fast Charger only charges as cable charging.
