note 10 plus changing ringtone volume level automatically

When I bought my new Note10+ then after 5 days later, it started to beeping and to change the "ringing volume level" randomly and automatically. The case acts like i press the volume button but i do not, i do nothing. And the case mostly occured after i recieved missed call or while talking on a call.

Hope you're doing Okay. As process of elimination, have you tried removing the case from the phone to see if this still happens?

Yes. I had tried. And still it occurs

Can you try your phone in Safe Mode to see if a third party app is causing this to happen? To do this press and hold the Power button until you see Power Off, Restart, and Emergency. Press and hold the Power Off icon until it shows a Shield, tap the Shield and the device will restart in Safe Mode.

Safe Mode disables all third-party apps and so if this starts working in this mode, we can confirm it is being blocked by a third-party app. If so, you will need to locate and either uninstall or contact the app developers for a fix.
