Look in the red line, looks like components or something?Look in the red line, looks like components or something?

Hi all.

This question is for Note 10 Plus users, more so with the Aura Glow colour.

Please see the attached images, and tell me if you can see the same on your phone?.

This is concerning to me as it looks as if the back is separating from the frame.

Thanks.

Hey @Nitesh95

My Note 10+ 5G is the Black variant.

I'm not seeing anything untoward with my phone.

How long have you owned the phone ?

I'd suggest to speak with your Samsung Support Department and ask what your options are.

Or if the phone was supplied by a Network then maybe have a word with them.

In the Uk our Network Stores and Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centres are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic as I would normally steer you to one of these.

I pre-ordered it, so since the release date.

Samsung said to book a collection Repair, so that they can investigate.

I just thought I'd put this on the community, ti find out if anyone else has this issue

Kind regards and stay safe
Nitesh.

I've owned many Samsung Note devices, and loved them all, never had an issue.

I might just be being picky lol, but seeing as it's still under warranty, thought might as well get it checked out.

Stay safe.

I forgot to reply to this when I received my device back from Samsung, they replaced the back glass as it was indeed lifting and defective.
