I can able to talk on calls normally but unable to talk on speaker phone also whatsapp calls video and audio

Can anynody help what will be the issue

@msms12 Hello, first go to Settings / Applications and look for the Whatsapp app, in Permissions-check to have the Nearby Devices and Microphone permissions activated. If it persists-try to reset app preferences. You don't lose personal data.Access Settings/Applications, the three dots at the top-right and apply reset preferences.Greetings.
