note 10 lite mobile data issue

Installed latest update and now have no mobile data even with the data switched on. Only getting network for calls only.is there a remedy for this. Checked sim in an S9 and got 4g data so not sim issue or network..

Can you check in your phone's data settings to see if any limit has been turned On inadvertently @biker702 

 

Somewhere like Settings, Data Usage,  Tap on the Cog icon, Set Data Limit.

thanks for your reply. have checked no data saver switched on and no limits set. plan has unlimited data.

Can you go refresh your network settings.

 

 Settings.

Type Reset on the search bar.

 

Or look in settings and general management and reset.

 

If that does not help then ......

 

Clear your phone's System Cache Files by turning your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's System Files and clear the cache. No information is lost this way. 

 

And 

 

Worth a try to put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded app's but let's your stock app's keep working. If the issues stop then this highlights a downloaded app as the possible issue. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent downloaded app's one at a time until it stops.

Ok then I'd let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre take a look.

thanks. took it to service provider and they had to change some settings that are not user available
