Note 10 crashes

Second attempt at posting this due to error message the first time.

Note 10 plus constantly glitches, apps won't open until 2nd or 3rd attempt. 

Theme's will now Not open at all... Driving me crazy. 24hrs old!

Restarted phone and no difference, all apps are proven reliable on other phones.

No it's not a good start at all.

Maybe try going into settings,apps, choose the all, location and clear cache and data.

That or from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache files.

When you first set up the phone did you use a previous back up etc to get your info onto it  ?

If so if this was my situation I'd factory reset and set up the phone fresh with no backups and download an app you use and see what happens.

If it's fine then maybe your back up is corrupted.

If it the same then due to the time in your possession I'd seek a brand new replacement  @Slegrony

A few questions for you, How was the phone setup? was it fresh out of the box and started up or was it setup via the smart switch app?. Also have you done a device maintance sweep?

Phone was set up out of the box - but with smart switch - have reset the phone today and all seems to be good...

😀 had a issue in the past where some smart switch settings from my past phone caused crashes. Glad to hear your up and running well now.

The same is happening with my note 10 plus. It keeps crashing with my WhatsApp app and some games like mini militia 2, gangster vegas and yes, especially with candy crush.

I have to restart the games and all my progress is lost then.

Hey, just asking if you have followed the above-mentioned steps in order to fix your problem. cause I followed them and they are absolutely fixed now and the device is working fine as well. I was using it for mod fr though. but now everything is perfectly fine. i would recommend you to follow those mentioned steps.
