new Samsung note 10 plus - left headphones speaker not working

Hi,

I upgrade to a new Note 10 plus. Brilliant phone. I have been using it more and more on the move as productivity tool. The left speaker of the AKG headphones the phone came with works on a very low level (I tried solving it via the left-right sync settings but it did not work; it reduces the sound of the right speaker to match the left one, but the volume becomes so low that makes the headphones useless). There is no physical damage to phone or headset (both are like brand new). Is there anything that can be done about the issue?

As a process of elimination can you try the headphones on another phone and other headphones on your phone ?

Look in the port for any debris or lint @Yan_9998 using a torch.

Ultimately if the headphones are not working and you can't eliminate wether it's the headphones or phone then you'll need to go back to the store etc that supplied them for support and either a swap out of it all or maybe just the headphones.
