NEC ST500 SIP phone app is unable to connect to our phone system when set to mobile network. Works fine on Wi-Fi both in the office and remoteley and phone installer is unable to locate any problems in NEC phone system or router/firewall
Have tried soft reset and full factory reset but problem persisits. Skype works OK and I have tried swappiing SIMM. Have all permmissions set OK and app is workng OK on colleages phones. Only my Note 10 has this problem
