Multiple bluetooth devices Note 10 plus

Hi, i have connected my phone to my watch and also to my car.The problem is that when i am in the car and i try to initiate a call or to answer , first i have to select manualy on the phone wich bluetooth device to use . How can i set my phone to automaticaly  work on multiple bluetooth devices?

You can't. Bluetooth doesn't allow this.

But why? I've tryed with an other phone and it's working perfect.

Because, it is impossible for the device to know what to connect to without you telling it. You can change the phone profiles to determine what gets routed where. If you want calls to go to rhe watch turn off call audio on the phone etc
