My phone recently got sent back after repair at giffgaff. I backed up everything before I sent it the usual way in settings. However, when trying to restore from last backup there are things I can no longer get. All my camera photos have completely gone even though I backed them up. Not even in Google photos. Also, I had some important notes in something called secure folder......I think it belongs to Samsung but no sure.....anyway this never got restored and after locating how to get secure folder back and sign in, all the notes have disappeared. Any idea why this might be? It seems as though most other things have been restored.
