lock Screen shortcuts

How do you change the lock screen shortcuts. They are currently chrome and Samsung health. When I try to change them or turn them off they return after a while back to the current shortcuts.

Settings > Lock Screen > App Shortcuts

If it's resetting them by itself, then there may possibly be a sync issue that's causing your phone to not remember your saved settings, I'd advise possibly ensuring your phone is in good health and maybe restarting it. If the issue continues, you may always contact Samsung Experts via the Blue "+" button on the "Explore" page and they can help resolve this.
