June 2020 update stopped network connectivity to Note 10 5g

since the update i have been unable to make calls or texts using my network.  I can only operate my phone using WiFi.  I get the message Emergency calls only.  Or no Sim. Anyone rise has this problem?

Is this happening everywhere you go or in one place ?

 

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and another sim card in your phone ?
