I can't turn off alarm

hi even my phone shows there is no set alarms but my phone still rings every morning

Can you provide screenshots of what's set in the clock app please? also if you are using a secondary app to screenshot what's set in that?
There is a toggle button on the right needs to be grey to be set off.
Normally if the device knows an alarm is set you have a bell symbol showing in the notifications bar at the top. This of course depends if you allow to show it.

It shows icon on a top bar but there is no alarms set

maybe try clearing the cache settings amd see if that helps in the app settings

Jason you might be right thank you I have just cleared cache and an icon is gone from from top bar now just need to wait till morning and see if it is working
