How do i clear the "other" storage on my internal storage?

 so the screenshot is my internal storage. How on earth do I clear out the "other" storage? I clear my phone out regularly, like moving photos, videos, and audio to my SD card and deleting things out of my trash. I have a galaxy note 10 plus, how do I fix this because that 43.55 GB is a lot of space. Please help me if you can.

Will also delete them from your phone

I use an app - Cx File Explorer to view and remove unwanted files (ie. WhatsApp backup history filea). It accesses device at file system level.

What's the point of storing things on onedrive if they still get stored on your phone?
