I have a brand new galaxy note 10 and used it for 2 days. This morning it did a system update and now wont restart my phone until I enter a password. I didnt set up a password just a fingerprint and pattern!
That is odd. The pattern or print should be enough. If you're still having bother, maybe try a reset if you're all backed up. Also, if you have a Samsung store near you, pop in, have a word. Hopefully you'll get decent customer service.
