Galaxy Note 10 with a black screen of death after software update

My Galaxy note 10 has a black screen of death after updating to the latest software.

It started by showing vertical or horizontal lines with different bright colours but sometimes it wasn't the lines but just small dotes with those different bright colours and ended up not turning on

Why has no moderator responded to this post? It sounds as though this is a harware fault. A moderator cannot fix the problem, but at least they could research the problem, and provide some information.
