I just asked Samsung UK and there is no news regarding the Android 10 beta version and UI 2.0 for the Note 10 in the UK yet.

@TessM thanks for the reply... yes I'm using it on my S10+ but my daily driver is NOTE 10+ so was waiting for note 10 Beta Release... India started today that's y I thought there will be hope for today.. but now hope for best on Monday...
