How can I uninstall Facebook and everything to do with Facebook from my note 10 + 5G

I've tried but I'm only able to either force stop or disable

Disabling is just as good as uninstall

Unfortunately, this piece of junk can't be removed, as you say it can only be disabled.

Thank you both for your replies. Hopefully the next phone I buy won't have this rubbish on it.
I've also noticed a slow down since updating to android 12..
So hoping disabling, force stopping some apps especially fb will help
