There's a massive thread here:
I have the Bose NC 700.... they work perfectly when connected to Windows PC.
When they are connected to Samsung Note 10+, they constantly reboot, connect, I play music, loud buzz, then they reboot.
Bose 700 Firmware: 1.7.0-10068+f3675e6
Samsung, please work with Bose to fix.

I have Samsung Galaxy ZFold3. Removing the Beats app also solved the issue for me. Tried installing Beats app on my other phone, a Galaxy S20+, created the same issue. Removed the Beats app from that phone, issue gone. For anyone trying to use Beats gear on Android, seems that you can't use the app without breaking your Bose NC700s. Choose wisely...

I had to disable "Remember my last settings" to get it to work.
After that buzzing and reboot had stopped.
Hope this will work for you as well.

Bro i cant thank u enough. I got a replacement one due to first one had same issue. And before the Bose i bought Beats and due to smaller bud size my ear was hurting on long time listening. I tried everything not to return this beautiful device but it was completely useless with my s22 ultra due to connection drops. Then i remove the beats app, boom 🙏🏼
