@Wildboy45: Try connecting to Wi-Fi or Mobile Data and heading to Settings > Biometrics and Security > Security Update, to see if you're able to update to a more recent Security Policy. I'd also recommend checking for any available app updates by opening the Camera app > Tap the cog symbol > About Camera > Update.
