The camera app has stopped working on my phone. When I select the camera app the phone just goes black and says cannot open camera. This includes when I try and take photos via the snap chat app. It just crashes. Ive tried the latest software update, reatarting my phone and reported it via Samsung.

Try Settings , Apps , Camera, Storage and clear Cache / Data.

@Chrism8808 It could also be hardware related, have it checked by Samsung.

You could also go into the Samsung Members app under Get Help and you have Interactive checks.
