Camera app issue - Video 4K

Hi, I've encounter an issue and I'm not sure where else to go with it. Been happening near enough the day I got it.

When I use the video, once I stop it it will hang on the video screen frozen or stuck maybe processing the video. But this can take a few minutes depending on the length. 

Anyone else encounter this ?

I also get this sometimes when I shoot something in 4K, but it is a matter of a few seconds for me before I can re-use the camera app again.

Camera needs improvement on 10 series phones. Especially in image processing and noise reduction
