automatic audio when plugin earphones

Hi,

I just can't find a solution for my issue:
If I plug the earphones to my note10+ automatically the audio of the videos stored in Gallery are played. This means I can't even hear arriving phonecalls. 
Any hints?

Hi @evallesg !!!

If I don't remember well...there is an option to select action when jack is connected to the terminal automatilly, you can check sound options in your device while someone can tell you the real possition into the menu.

Last one could be actived accidentallity. I have more solution to test if does not work
