Seems like I have the answer. Exynos supports only SBC. So even though I paid extra money for premium headphones i won't be able to get the best of them because of samsung policies and limitations. Great ehhh

Edit.
Ok i does switch to aptX when I connect headphones. Still not aptX HD or LDAC ( only for sony i belive) but better this then nothing.

Hi @DoktorMew   Adaptive does not seem to be supported due to licensing costs.  Scaleable codec is quite similar to APTX Adaptive but only available with Samsung audio products  and has the advantage of preventing Audio chopping. Some information here https://www.androidauthority.com/bluetooth-codecs

An updated version  Seamless Hi Fi  Audio codec is supported with the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro but only compatible with  24 Bit Audio. Some detail here  https://www.notebookcheck.net/Samsung-Galaxy-Buds2-Pro-launched-with-proprietary-Seamless-Hi-Fi-audi... https://www.notebookcheck.net/Samsung-Galaxy-Buds2-Pro-launched-with-proprietary-Seamless-Hi-Fi-audi...

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
