Yesterday I downloaded Android 11 on my Note10+ 5G in UK for BTU version.
Check for your as well.

Been waiting for that upgrade on my Note 10+ 5G as well, still nothing. I have the 512GB edition, not sure it makes a difference.

Edit - Hah speak of the devil, just did a check and right there it is. Thanks for the heads up!
