Bought my Note10+ 5g last week Dec 2019 year. The Right side of thr AKG headphones that came with my note 10 is no longer working. Can I get a replacement please as I have a 2 year valid warranty.and samsung Care+
Typically the accessories have a 12 month warranty on them @Bali02
Can you ensure they are pushed in fully.
However most retailers have a cooling off period to have the whole thing replaced.
I see you've only owned the phone etc for 1 week.
Check your Terms and Conditions of sale.
So please do go back to the outlet that supplied the phone and ask them to sort this out which would either be by replacing everything including the phone or just the earphones.
They may not be able to open a phone to just give you the earphones so they may have to replace everything.
