Air command pop-up with S-Pen button, bug?!

Dear members, 

when I click and hold the S-Pen button to select and copy a text on my screen, the Air command also pop-ups at the same time! 

This is very very frustrating, this wasn't suppose to happen before, it's a bug, what I'm doing wrong? Is this a bug? How can I fix this???

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.
