5G Galaxy note 10 +

I have a Galaxy note 10+ 5G and a 5G internet that is not working. I reset all my settings and config my  internet access. 4G+ work 100% but I bought a 5G phone that doesn't work 5G. I tried other friend SIM card and didn't work, and in his phone worked well side by side . Somebody know if I need a software update?

no. I tested with a friend. he's phone is a Galaxy s20 ultra. He's 5G was working and my 5G weren't. we use the same internet provider

Might be due the Note 20 having an X55 modem where as the Note 10 has X50 modem. The X55 can use more 5G spectrums than the X50. You'd need to check what flavour your 5G provider in your country/area is using to see if it's down to the limited X50 modem in the Note 10. Either that or your provider can tell you what's wrong!
