White Noise when playback using IRIG PRE HD

Hi,

Anyone know how to set this Samsung Audio for streaming with IRIG PRE HD by IKMultimedia? This is only happened at Note 10+ . I try other Samsung phone and it worked.

I really hope to get my Note 10+ and IRIG PRe worked.
