software update no working

Hello, do you know why the software update for the security patch this month I only get an error when downloading it. It is happening the note 10 plus more I do not know if some more. Thank you

direct download from settings seems broken, but I have successfully installed via sammoblie download and installed via Odin 3 V3.14

Yeah, for a minute there, I thought the phone had bricked, then it kicked back in to life. I was starting to break out in a cold sweat.

What you need to do is download Samsung smart switch on your computer, connect your phone to the computer and then start Samsung smart switch. You can download the update from smart switch and it will install on your connected phone. 🤞 That helps.
