software update failure

Does anyone  having  problems  downloading the August  software update  .I been trying to download  but  I am unable  to  keep getting  message . Failure  to update  firmware  visit a Samsung  service  center.

hi Mattmam, yes thousands of us are having the same problem, update downloads ok, gets to 26% install and then reboots, and a message saying visit a samsung centre, there's nothing wrong with your phone, its samsungs f**k up, it seems the note 10+5g is mostly affected.

yes I am having same problem on Note 10 even did re factory setting but still fail .

Use Smart Switch on your laptop. Worked fine for me

having the same trouble here in GB with my note 10 plus it said error goes to 26 and like you say vist samsung centre this up to Samsung to fix

one question I will try smart switch want to confirm will this erase data from phone or update will keep the data as it is

smart switch gives you the option to upgrade from your PC, just takes a little longer than normal, but it gets you there eventually 😉
