'share' and 'live video' options disabled in phone application during calls

Hi,

during call execution (both incoming and outgoing), there're several options available on the screen like mute the mic, accessing the dial pad, outputting to bluetooth, etc AND the the 'share' and 'live video' features.

They are always unavailable and grayed out .

Does anybody know what the 2 options stand for and when (if ever) they become available?

I don't have these options whenever I am engaged in a phone call - I only have add, hold, Bluetooth, mute mic, speaker and keypad.
