Note 10 plus 5G crash after video taken

Hi take a video for over 2 mins and stop the recording then phone freezes and have to restart or power off. It also wont power on for a few minutes after even after pushing power button.

What are you saving your video to ?
Set it on internal storage, not SD card, if it is not the case already.

Go into the Camera settings and make sure that the Storage location is set to Internal

See if it makes any difference. If it does, that means that the SD Card will need replacing. Do not forget that the Note 10 shoots high quality videos, so you need to use a fast SD Card.
