Note 10 do not update

Hi, i just bought note 10 with software UK region XEU, but it's show me Jan 2020 Security batch update.

I tried many time to update it, but it always show me that I gave latest update.

Please. Help

I think you csc region is Poland not UK

use smart switch from your computer connect you phone with USB in to the computer and will give you update if it is available

tried everything, but nothing, just keep old version as it's the latest one. how to download an official firmware, no need to the warranty "its useless" as this will be my last phone with Samsung.
