@cloaked1 wrote:I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I never said, or at least I never intended to imply, that Samsung provided replacement screen protectors. My previous answer(s) were simply to the original poster for the question, "Is there a pre-installed screen protector on the Note 10+?", to which I replied that there was.
I have no idea if Samsung provides replacement protectors for the original protectors applied to new devices.
Apparently there is a solution to this

@MadalinK did you manage to get a replacement at a S. experience Store ?
They are rare and hard to find. For me it seems there's only one at 600 km distance...

@DL31 Not yet.
Also the info relates to the UK only, I am not sure about other counties.

@Jules64 why do you tell somebody to peel off the Samsung Sreen Protector, this is ridiculous except if somebody manage to replace it with another Screen protector because he scratch the plastic Samsung screen protector

@MadalinK there is no Samsung original screen protector in other country, i check in many Samsung webstore all around the world for me just in case . If i'd found it and knew a forum moderator in that country, I'd asked him to buy it and send it to you

I had mine installed by my local Samsung Experience Store in the UK. While it is the same one that came pre installed when I bought the phone, the installation was not as "clean".
There are a few tiny bubbles left which will never go away because it was installed using a machine and at the end it was UV sealed. But all in all I am happy because the sPen glides on the screen as if it was real glass and it has not peeled around the edges, plus the fingerprint scanner works as it should.
